You may have a concrete vision of what your wedding day will look like, or it may feel like more of a question. With so many color palettes, wedding styles and endless vendors to choose from, it can feel challenging to pull together an event that feels completely you. At Jollifier, our goal is to express that individuality through floral design.

From our straight-forward yet collaborative design approach to our behind the scenes operation, we are here to take the stress out of wedding flowers in a way that leaves you excited, yet at ease. Many of our clients have told us how calm they felt after our first phone call!

What’s included?

Every full-service wedding includes:

  • Phone consultation with one of our designers.

  • Proposal with initial quote

  • In-person walk-through at your venue.

  • Recipe creation and sourcing of all product.

  • Packing of all designs and associated hard goods.

  • Easy payment options with no hidden/surprise costs.

  • The opportunity to relax and truly live your wedding day without stress.

 The Process

We start by getting to know you. After hearing from you and confirming our availability for your event, we will then email you to schedule a phone call to further discuss your wedding details (colors, style direction, priorities, etc.)

Knowing more about you and your inspirations gives us a deeper understanding of what you envision for your wedding day.

After the call, you can expect to receive a proposal within a few business days.

The proposal is a starting point (it will be adjusted at a later point as your wedding details come together) and includes estimated cost based on our call.

To officially retain your event date, we require a non-refundable retainer, which will go toward your event cost. Both partners will also need to sign our Service Agreement.

After you have reserved your date with us by paying the retainer and signing the service agreement, we work closely with you to develop the design for your wedding flowers as final details are confirmed (i.e., guest/table count, timeline, wedding party size.)

At least eight weeks before your wedding, we will meet at your venue and literally walk through and finalize your custom wedding floral design piece by piece. This is when everything starts falling into place and you can really envision your wedding day. After the walk-through, your final balance will be updated with any additions/cost-incurring changes. Final payment is due six to eight weeks before your wedding date (depending on timeline.)

The day you’ve been looking forward to all this time! When your wedding day arrives, we want you to be as stress-free as possible and make every effort to seamlessly fit into your day.

Bouquets, boutonnieres and wearable accessories will be delivered to your and your partner’s respective prep locations while you get ready.

We aim to be discreet and a few steps ahead throughout the wedding day. Our team is done, cleaned up and out of the venue before guests arrive for ceremony and works quickly and quietly in the background if a room-flip is needed during cocktail hour. When your wedding reception ends, we will return to clean it all up!
